Mrs. Annie Ruth Morris Jones, 90, of Lexington Way in Anderson, SC, passed away on January 25, 2017.  She was born in Townville, SC and retired from Clemson University.

She is survived by her daughter, Sue Jones Holloway of Anderson, SC; three grandchildren, Patrick Jones of Anderson, SC, Benjamin Holland of Anderson, SC, and Shalandrea Jones of Lawrenceville, GA; one great grandchild reared in the home, Shaimarie Cunningham; twelve great grandchildren; one sister, Ethel Truell of Pickens, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Benjamin Jones; parents, Will and Lula Robinson Morris; six brothers; and three sisters.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 30, 2017 at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church in Townville, SC.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
