Mrs. Doris R. Moss Freeman, 77, of 610 Roberts Church Road in Anderson, SC, passed away on March 31, 2017 at the home.

She is survived by her husband, Acie Freeman, Jr.; two daughters, Sandra (Charles) Williams and Tracy (Clarence) Kinnebrew; one sister, Frances Moss; two brothers, Odell Moss, Jr. and Freddie (Nancy) Moss; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; her lasting living aunt, Ethel Williford; and a host of family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Odell and Lurene Jones Moss; one son, Acie Freeman, III; and one brother, Nathaniel Moss.

The funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, April 7, 2017 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  The interment will follow at M. J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery.  The family will receive friends Friday from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the funeral home.
