Dorothy Rooks Obituary
Mrs. Dorothy Bell Walters Rooks, 91, of 425 East Hampton Street in Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at her home.
She is survived by her five daughters, Thomasena Pressley, Bobbie Ann Rooks, Daisy Mae Rooks, Doris Davis, and Estella Williford and a host of grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jefferson Rooks; parents, Eugene and Mattie Bell Collins Walters; and one brother, Willie Henry Walters.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Salem Presbyterian Church. The interment will follow at Westview cemetery.
The family is at the home of her daughter, Doris Davis, 405 Newton Lane Anderson, SC 29624.
