Mr. J.C. Beaty, Jr., 49, of West Park Drive in Anderson, SC, passed away on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at Rainey Hospice.

He is survived by his wife, Edith Quintanilla; one daughter, Bonica Irby; one son, Tejuan Devonte Mattison; one grandchildren, Raykwon Simpkins; step-mother, Lillian Beaty; sisters, Barbara Ann Beaty Holmes, Mary Ann Estrich, April Glenn, Audrey Renee Beaty, and Sharon Ann Beaty Blakley; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by parents, J.C. and Mamie Lee Dixon Beaty. 

A private memorial service will be held by the family.

The family is at the home of his sister, Sharon Blakely, 143 Strawberry Place Anderson, SC 29624.
