Mr. Jesse L. Edwards, Sr., 53, of 123 Terrace Lane in Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, June 23, 2017 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

He is survived by his wife, Brenda B. Sims Edwards; three children, Shaquila, Jesse Jr., and John Edwards; one granddaughter, Brillah Evelyn Edwards; one sister, Kathy L. Edwards; one brother, Anthony T. Edwards; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John H. Edwards, Jr. and Evelyn A. Smith Edwards; and twin daughters, Monica and Jessica Edwards.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2017 at Wilson Calvary Baptist Church.  The interment will follow at New Silverbrook Cemetery.
