Mrs. Lola McCrary Rice, 81, of Charlotte, NC, passed away on Monday, June 26, 2017 at her home.

She is survived by her husband, Elliot Rice; one sister, Bernice McCrary Hubbard; and a host of other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie B. and Janie M. Williams McCrary.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Poplar Springs A.M.E. Church in Laurens, SC.  The interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Garden in Anderson, SC.  The family will receive friends one hour before the funeral service.
