Ruth Foster Walker, 84, of 608 South Hampton Avenue in Calhoun Falls, SC, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017 at her home.

She is survived her daughter, Auburn Walker (Willie) Callahan; two grandchildren; three sisters, Pearlie F. Wells, Essie J. Foster, and Judy (Whitt) Crawford; and three brothers, Isaac Foster, Jr., Joseph (Elizabeth) Foster, and Robert (Catherine) Foster.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Asberry Walker; and parents, Isaac and Icie Johnson Foster.

The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at Glovers A.M.E. Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family is at the home of her daughter, 213 Burton Drive Calhoun Falls, SC.
