Willie B. Rogers, Jr.

Mr. Willie B. Rogers, Jr., 77, of 2604 Amity Rd., Belton, SC, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center.  Willie Buck Rogers, Jr. was born in Anderson, SC to Willie B. and Maggie Moore Rogers. 

Willie B. was raised in Anderson, SC and graduated from Westside High School in 1960.  Shortly after graduation, he moved to Rochester, NY, where met and married Jannie Mae Ervin.  After retiring from Interstate Bakery, Willie and Jannie moved back to South Carolina and reunited with Ebenezer Baptist Church Family.

He is survived by his two daughters, Delores Hunter of Anderson, SC and Janice Rogers of Rochester, NY; two stepchildren, Bennie L. Guess Jr. and Tammro Guess-Williams; two brothers, Johnny and Bobby Rogers both of Anderson, SC; and a host of grandchildren.

He was succeeded in death by his wife, Jannie Mae E. Rogers.  He was preceded in death by one daughter; and his parents.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Ebenezer Baptist Church.  The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
