James Jones Obituary
Deacon James S. Jones, 93, of 1022 Johns Ave. in Belton, SC, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2019 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Sue Watson Jones; two children, Diane and Walter D. Jones; eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by parents, Walter and Cornelia Jones; and one son, James E. Jones; three sisters, Evelyn Jones, Laura Jones, and Juanita Ivester; and one brother, Faye Jones.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 4, 2020 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home. The interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home, 1022 Johns Ave. Belton, SC 29627.
