Mr. Robert George Latimer, 79, of 145 Latimer Road in Anderson, SC, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at his home.

He is survived by his wife, Minnie Dennis Latimer; two daughters, Oneida Latimer and Dollen (Michael) Bolton both of Anderson, SC; two sons, Robert Latimer, Jr. and Brian Latimer both of Anderson, SC; three sisters: Thelma L. Gray, Dorothy L. (Johnny) Fant and Shirley L. (Melvin) Green all of Anderson, SC; four brothers: David (Mary) Latimer of Anderson, SC, Melvin (Nettie) Latimer of Columbia, SC, Wayne (Jose) Latimer of Oakland, CA, and Roger (Betty) Glenn of Trenton, NJ; three grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosa Lee Latimer; parents, Cleven and Rosella Sullivan Latimer; two brothers: Thomas S. Latimer and Neotha Latimer; and two sisters, Leona L. Speed and Mildred L. Brown. 

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 9, 2017 at Generostee Baptist Church in Starr, SC.  The interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
