Mr. Robert Marina, Jr., 78, of 706 Plantation Road in Anderson, SC, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at AnMed Health Medical Center. 

Mr. Marina taught school for over 32 years at Westside and T.L. Hanna High Schools.

He is survived by his three sons, Robert III, Jonathan, and Derek Marina; one grandson, Darius Antonio Marina; and one sister.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jamie Marina; parents, Robert and Johnnie Marina; and one grandson, Dakari Asim Marina.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 22, 2017 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  The interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
