Sylvia Young Obituary
Mrs. Sylvia Diann Young, 64, of Abbeville, SC, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at AnMed Health Medical Center.
She is survived by her husband, Forrest "Slick" Young; two sons, Ernest Dannell Clinkscales and Forrest Odell (Monique) Young; two brothers, Claudell (Vietonia) Clinkscales and Gregory Clinkscales; five grandchildren, Nicholas Kilingsworth, Asia McKinney, Malik O. Young, Trinity B. Young, Ian R. Shack, and Shaquilla N. Young; five great-grandchildren, Gabriel and Sunnie Brown, Zoe, Zai, and Zion Shack; and a host of relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Cloudes "Hawk" "Diamond" and Neomi McCoppin Clinkscales; one sister, Lillie Mae Sims; and one brother, Ernest Eugene Clinkscales.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Rocky River AME Church (Iva, SC). The interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family is at the home of Dwitt and Lucy Young, 697 Rockhill Road Abbeville, SC.
