Mrs. Verrina Clinkscales Jones, 67, of 120 Sylvester Drive in Anderson, SC, passed away on Monday, December 18, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital. 

She is survived by her husband, Clarence Jones; two daughters, Dorothy Mae (David) Rainey and Clarissa Vanessa Jones; one son, Marion Sylvester (Georgia) Jones; nine grandchildren; and two sisters, Lenora Clinkscales Evans and Willie Mae Clinkscales.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Annie Mae Scott Clinkscales.

The funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Welfare Baptist Church.  The interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends a half hour before the service.
