Benjamin Brown Obituary
Mr. Benjamin Shyree Brown, 46, of 407 Joseph Street in Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, February 14, 2021.
He will be dearly missed by his daughter, Nykeshia Jackson; his mother, Mary (Larry) Burton; his father, Benjamin Brown; four sisters, Lisa Johnson, Tina Burriss, Jessica Johnson and Tyesha Brown; seven brothers, Sexton Brown, Larry Burton, Korey Burton, Ken Brown, Cornell Brown, Trenton Henderson, and Jerry Hampton; and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John “Dude” Dawson and Juanita Dawson; his step-grandmother, Dorothy Dawson; and two special grandmothers, Mary Rice Wilson and Mamie Jenkins.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at Wilson Creek Second Baptist Church Cemetery in Iva, SC. Friends may pay their respects and send floral arrangements on Friday from 1:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
