Marvin Clyde Williams

Mr. Marvin Clyde "Daddy Kiss" Williams, age 59, of 240 Williams Road, Anderson, SC, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at his home.  He was born on August 28, 1962 to Hattie Estella Williams and to the late Claude Williams.

Marvin was self employed and a master at re-engineering and rebuilding anything he set his mind to do.  He was also a gifted neighborhood barber.  He graduated from Crescent High School in 1982.

He leaves to cherish fond and fun memories to his children, Nevie (Reece) Williams of Anderson, SC, O'Bryant (Kathryn) Harris of Travelers Rest, SC, Jordan Williams, and Kasey Williams both of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Man Man Coley, EveYonna Williams, E'YonnDria Williams, E'VonnDria Williams, Zayden Harris, Luccas Harris, Khalija Brown, Phorever Mattison; great-grandchildren, SaNai Coley; his mother, Hattie Estella Williams; siblings, Jannie (Charlie) Ervin, Floride (Frank) Fant, Jean (Rufus) Clinkscales, Claudine (John) Hagood, Paul Williams, Donnie Ray (Nina) Holland, Lester (Alana) Williams, Glennie Williams, Lisa Williams, Jackie Williams, Angie Williams Davis all of Anderson, SC, Stanford (Lonzena) Williams of Maryland, Terrial Williams, Shaunte (Eddie) Duncan, and Patrick (Tanesha) Williams all of Anderson, SC; and a host of nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and close friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Claude Williams; three sisters, Dianne Clemons, Ruth Holland, and Brenda Gail Hadden; three brothers, William Holland, David Holland and Herman Holland; a loving aunt, Alice Jones; maternal grandparents, Jannie McAdams and Watson Rucker; and paternal grandparents, Jennie and John Frank Williams.

A celebration of life will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, December 20, 2021 at the funeral home.
