Melody Patterson Wiley

Ms. Melody S. Patterson Wiley, 57, of Piedmont, SC, departed this life on Friday, December 17, 2021.

She was a graduate of Westside High School Class of 1982 and she also graduated with several associate degrees from Tri-County Technical College.  She was a former employee of Michelin Tire Plant in Sandy Springs, SC.

Melody really enjoyed life and one thing she would always say is "you better get to living".  She would always leave you laughing about something as well giving you words of encouragement and wisdom.

She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter Falita Wiley, son Chris Wiley, her precious grandbaby Aria Wiley, one sister Sharon Patterson, one brother Samuel (Jenny) Jenkins and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents Melvin and Mamie Jones Patterson and one sister Sandra Patterson Lewis.

Public viewing will be held on Friday, December 24, 2021 from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 26, 2021 in the Ollie Robinson Brown Memorial Chapel of Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home.  The interment will follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens.
