Ms. Penny Teresa Rice, 51, of Refuge Road in Pendleton, SC, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020 at AnMed Health.
She is survived by her mother, Fannie Mae Aikens Rice; two daughters, Hope Brock and Brittany Rice; one son, John Brock; four grandchildren; two sisters, Alicia Rice and Patricia Johnson; and a host of relatives and friends.
The funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 10, 2020 at Silver Spring Baptist Church in Pendleton, SC. The interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
The family is at 501 Bickford Circle Anderson, SC.
