Mommy... Today marks 6 years since you have earned your wings and it seems like yesterday! Oh how my heart aches to hear your voice, your words of wisdom, seeing your beautiful smile and you telling me what to do (especially with my kids - LOL). You will be pleased to know that they are all doing well and I know you are a proud Nana aka grams). I thank God for blessing me with a Mother like you... You were the best mother. Love and miss you and Daddy and now your beloved only son, Rodney is with you guys too! Our family chain link has been broken but never forgotten!

This writing is dedicated to My Mother, Earlene Cheatum Gilliard
On your Birthday, May 3
HEART DON'T CRY
Heart don't cry - it's over now
I used to wonder why I tried
Why I tried to find my own
Why my troubles seemed to grow
For there is none that I can call
But God shines in and beaks down walls
Heart Don't cry; all will be fine
The Spirit in my heart gives life
To all that seems to mee the eye
For I believe in Jesus Christ
But Faith is what will heal my hurt
For Jesus taught me how to learn
From scriptures that instruct me well
Of how the debt was paid in hell
The answer dwells beyond the stars
Trust the Lord to guide your heart
Be not anxious in these times
Do not seek unfruitful wine
Watch and pray; Christ told us why
Rejoice in peace
HEART DON'T CRY

Revelation 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any pain; for the former things are passed away.

We extend our condolences at this time to your family. We were definitely touched by Sister Earlene Gillard's singing and how she carried herself while living in Connecticut. We trust that God is extremely satisfied with the selection of His new rose. A bright smile and an inviting spirit was this woman of God. Your mothers spirit will continue to live on. Blessings.
