Kami, Stephan and Stevie. My heart is so heavy and I can honestly say I know how it feels to lose a sister. I am praying for peace, comfort and complete acceptance of God's will that has come to pass. He has spoken, so we must say AMEN. Gerlinda and I shared a longtime friendship dating back to the late 70's/early 80's. As our friendship flourished, we discovered we had lots of things in common and had many, many late night talks when either of us was troubled for whatever reason or to celebrate at times and sometimes just to talk. Did we ever have disagreements; why YES, of course. Did we let our disagreements come between our bond; most certainly NOT. We were there for each other, whatever, whenever. We did not talk every day or sometimes it was even months but when we did it's like there was never a break. She was my confidant, friend, sister, and I will never, ever forget her. She was kind, compassionate, giving, selfless, honest, hardworking, determined, happy, loving, caring, and an awesome "songbird". I am thankful GOD caused out paths to cross and as long as there is life in me, she lives; she lives through the many fond memories we made over the years. She's free now and though I hurt, i rejoice in knowing she's at peace. My selfish self doesn't want to give her up but I must; at least in the physical realm. I am sorry to learn of Gerlinda's passing away. I worked with her for a brief time at Vocational Rehabilitation. She was a wonderful person with a great personality and sense of humor. My condolences to the family and prayers for peace and grace during these diffucult days. I look forward to seeing her in Heaven one of these days.

Extending deepest sympathy for the Witcher Family in your loss. Words, however kind, can't mend your heartache: but those who care and share your loss wish you comfort and peace of mind.
