To the Children: I was sorry to read of the death of your father. Although I did not know him personally, I do know the pain that comes with the death of a loved one. Although you are grieving his loss, I would like to share a promise that God , who does not lie (Titus 1:2) made to mankind. At Rev. 21:4 - God promises that he will:"wipe out every tear from our eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. (Why?) Because the former things have passed away. May this sure hope give you comfort in the days ahead. You have my deepest sympathy.
