I met Sheka 16 years ago when we worked at AFCO, and we hit it off and became friends. she was such a hard worker and dedicated mom to Tyassia. I'll miss running into her at Walmart and talking FOREVER in the store. My heart is so heavy rite now for the loss of my friend. I will miss my friend her smile, laugh, and humor. My prayers are with the family especially Tyassia. She was a good person that GOD called home too soon, but now she is an angel. I will carry my friend in my heart forever... Love Sheka rest high.

From the very first day I met Sheka she was a sweet heart!! My mother baby sat Tyassia for her from the time Ty was an infant and she, Sheka, and Mrs. Sandra automatically became our family. My heart is hurting over her passing and I pray that her family will find peace in knowing that God will comfort and take good care of them. You're free now Sheka! Praise the Lord you're free. Rest In Paradise sweet sweet spirit until we meet again, my sister. We love you dearly!

We are so heartbroken to hear of your loss. She was always smiling, waving to say "hi", just such a truly kind and sweet young lady. She will be missed by so many of her neighbors. I still can't fathom not seeing her outside anymore. My husband can't believe he won't see her at work anymore, everyone though so much of her. I had the pleasure of working with Takeshia at Michelin for the past few years. She was a joyful person always bringing laughter into the work place. She had a heart of gold an worked harder than most people I know. She is dearly missed an there's a piece of Michelin missing without seeing that delightful smile walk through those doors. May God be with you all during this time of need.
